Welcome to our Dumaguete City Apartments! We are happy to present to you our luxurious and comfortable apartments in the City of Gentle People. Our modern built apartments are all conveniently located at the best living area in Dumaguete City, just a few minutes away from the nice, picturesque beach promenade, the fancy international restaurants and the unique night-life.
Even with the proximity to the city center, we can assure you a high secure, comfortable, very quiet and private atmosphere, where you will feel at home right away.
Just across the road of our apartments you will find the biggest, most famous supermarket in Dumaguete (called Hypermart), where you you will find a wide range of Filipino and international products, which is definitely a plus for self-caterers.
Our apartments are also only 600 meters away from Robinsons Mall Dumaguete!
FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Currently we have 11 apartments available for rent, all with ample parking space directly at the building.
Each unit features 2 bedrooms, one big bathroom (hot and cold water) with approx. 80 to 90 sqm. living area, one living and dining room and are fully air conditioned. Additionally they feature a fully equipped kitchen with cooking counter, big refrigerator, a 4 burner stove with baking unit (gas and electric), a microwave oven, toaster, etc. All units also have cable TV, telephone line and high speed 100mbps Wi-Fi internet connection.
Every apartment is equipped with a washing machine in a separate washing area. Some units also have a terrace.
We offer you (8) eight 2 bedroom and (3) three 1 bedroom apartments in the same building-complex. Within the complex, you will also find our Austrian Restaurant; Edelweiss Austrian Pub and Fine-dining. We also have a very nice swimming pool just within the complex for you and your family to enjoy a swim.
Our Apartments are also just 500 meters away from Robinsons Mall Dumaguete and other places of interest.

RENTAL RATES
MONTHLY BASIS CONTRACT, P22,400 /month for the 1 Bedroom Unit and P25,000 to P27,400 /month for the 2 Bedroom Unit. 2 Br apartments good for 4 Adults,1 Br 2 Adults
- Our apartments range from 80 to 90 SQM living area with American Kitchen and washing Machine.
- Also, we have a swimming pool for our tenants.
- On a one-year contract we offer some discount.
- A P10,000 pesos security deposit is required for reservation, that will be returned on check out.
- We also offer secure online payments.

All Apt have HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI, up to 300 MBPS which is P1,400/month.
Our DAILY RATES for a 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT [ queen and king size bed] is P2,500 PESOS and for the 1 BEDROOM Apartment [queen size bed] is P2,100 Pesos, all-inclusive Rates.
Please note that only the daily rate is an all-inclusive rate!!
All other rates the costumer is responsible to pay extra for internet, electric and water!!
We also have satellite Cignal TV with all local and international channels.

Terms and Conditions
The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes
NOTE: Please note that only the daily rate is inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet. For monthly rent, tenant will be responsible for the extra payment for internet, electricity and water.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is received by the apartment management up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
Early Check Out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
